Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and general ledger reports.
- Ensure accurate tax preparation and timely filing of local and federal documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist in the annual audit process and maintain compliance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
