- Manage and reconcile weekend financial transactions with precision
- Prepare and distribute weekly financial reports to senior management
- Ensure strict compliance with UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Process weekend payroll and vendor payments accurately
- Conduct month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and documentation
- Support internal audits and financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of UK accounting experience
- AAT Level 4 or equivalent professional qualification required
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage accounting software
- Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations and compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
