Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize payment workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms and early payment discounts
- Implement process improvements to reduce invoice processing time by 20%
- Prepare month-end closing reports and accruals documentation
- Lead cross-functional audits for tax compliance and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience with ERP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in high-volume environments
- Remote work experience with proven self-discipline and time management
