Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping operations and data entry tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts accurately.
- Prepare basic financial reports, invoices, and expense reports.
- Support the senior accounting team during month-end close processes.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax documents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
