Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, bank statements, and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
