Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Assist with the preparation of payroll records and quarterly tax filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
- Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
