- Conduct account analysis and variance reporting for operational insights
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparation
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax preparation fundamentals
