Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting support to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience (CPA or Master’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
