- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process payroll and tax filings for small businesses
- Conduct bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Provide financial insights to clients via regular reporting
- Maintain organized financial records in cloud-based systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- QuickBooks Online certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Tennessee CPA license or actively pursuing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
