Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through auditing and reconciliation
- Prepare and submit quarterly tax filings and year-end forms
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in multi-state environments
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and AZ payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills for payroll analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
