We are seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Accountant to join our finance department in the heart of Fresno, CA.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Process payroll for a small to medium-sized team using current software.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations during audits and reviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a flexible schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
