We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to join our growing finance team in London. In this pivotal role, you will manage the financial operations for a diverse portfolio of clients, including dedicated support for businesses in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, trial balances, and financial statements.
- Handle VAT returns, PAYE, and corporation tax filings for UK clients.
- Assist with year-end audits and statutory reporting requirements.
- Process invoices, expenses, and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Provide ad-hoc financial advice and support to clients, including remote consultation for US-based clients.
Qualifications
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or AAT qualified (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong working knowledge of UK accounting standards (IFRS/UK GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
- Experience working remotely or hybrid is essential.
- Understanding of US tax systems (specifically Colorado Springs) is highly desirable.
