Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets for management review.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and filing systems.
- Process payroll adjustments and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
