Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payment cycles
- Conduct variance analysis to identify financial discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial forecasting projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
