Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes with precision.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Maintain and update the general ledger using industry-standard software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Assist with the preparation of annual tax filings and quarterly financial statements.
- Reconcile credit card statements and verify vendor invoices.
- Prepare and organize financial documentation for audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general financial regulations.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
