Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high precision.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual tax documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations and expense report reviews.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and cloud-based accounting platforms.
- Strong understanding of basic tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours (20-30 hours per week) as required.
