- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and compliance
- Implement QuickBooks solutions for client efficiency
- Conduct variance analysis and financial modeling
- Support month-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and tax compliance skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- California-based accounting license (if applicable)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
