Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements
- Prepare and analyze financial statements using GAAP standards
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Maintain accurate general ledger and subsidiary records
- Support internal audits and regulatory inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
