We're seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to support our growing client portfolio. Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 10-15 small business clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations with 100% accuracy
- Assist with quarterly tax preparations and sales filings
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Provide proactive financial insights to clients during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Washington state tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
