- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 10-15 small business clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Process payroll and tax filings for Washington-based entities
- Implement QuickBooks solutions and troubleshoot accounting software
- Conduct audits for internal controls and compliance
- Support year-end closing processes and tax documentation
- Advising clients on cash flow optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Washington State CPA license or CPA candidate status
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Professional communication with diverse clientele
