Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Process payroll for 15-20 employees bi-weekly
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and audits
- Maintain QuickBooks Online with real-time data entry
- Provide financial insights to client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven ability to manage multi-client workloads
- Strong GAAP knowledge and audit preparation skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Experience with payroll processing (ADP or Gusto)
- Attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
