Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls systems
- Provide financial insights through variance analysis and budget forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in California
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel with advanced functions
- Deep understanding of California sales tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting
