Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payment processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis for financial accounts
- Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and expense tracking
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with senior accountants to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows
- Maintain organized financial documentation and audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidacy preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
