Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly financial statements for diverse business clients
- Prepare accurate payroll reports and tax filings in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial analysis
- Implement QuickBooks solutions and optimize accounting workflows
- Provide exceptional client support during quarterly reviews and audits
- Conduct internal control assessments and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and TN tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CPA or advanced certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
