Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with precision
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledgers
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
- Collaborate with senior accountants on strategic financial initiatives
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience with public or corporate clients
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
