- Manage monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with precision
- Process payroll and tax filings in compliance with federal regulations
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks systems for operational efficiency
- Conduct audits and ensure SOX compliance for client accounts
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic financial initiatives
- Maintain meticulous records using accounting software solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with forensic accounting a plus
