Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Process and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
