Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and monthly reconciliation processes
- Process payroll and tax filings in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Strong knowledge of Texas tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
