Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Deep understanding of Illinois tax regulations and compliance
- Proven track record in multi-client financial management

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
