Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for 15+ clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Process payroll using QuickBooks Online
- Assist with tax preparation documentation
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Provide month-end closing support
- Conduct variance analysis for budget reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Texas CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
