- Manage general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct financial audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with tax preparation team during peak seasons
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 2+ years of accounting experience (part-time or full-time)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
