Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile client accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for diverse portfolios
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry, reporting, and audit preparation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement internal controls to maintain financial integrity and prevent fraud
- Provide exceptional client support with clear financial explanations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with small/midsize businesses
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VBA a plus)
- Deep knowledge of Washington state tax codes and GAAP standards
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical skills with 100% accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
