Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precise attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and reconcile bank accounts
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with senior accountants on budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Oregon tax regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
