Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and variance analysis
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure audit compliance
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation processes
- Support budgeting cycles and financial forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with team on process improvements and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and PA tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
