Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small business clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and sales tax compliance
- Provide financial analysis and budgeting support to clients
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Florida tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Professional communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with bilingual (English/Spanish) clients a plus
