Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements weekly
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparations
- Maintain organized digital financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Support annual audits and tax filing documentation
- Process expense reports and vendor invoices within SLAs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA certification or pursuing CPA preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
