- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement QuickBooks optimization strategies
- Conduct account reconciliations and internal audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
