Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable for 15-20 clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly filings
- Maintain accurate general ledger and supporting documentation
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with team on month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential financial data
