- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Support month-end closing procedures with accuracy checks
- Collaborate with tax specialists during audit preparation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- AZ State CPA license or active CPA candidate status
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS compliance
