- Process payroll accurately and maintain compliance records
- Support tax preparation and documentation for local businesses
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial forecasting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
