Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly financial statements for multiple clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledgers
- Prepare quarterly and year-end tax filings
- Conduct financial audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist with budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement and optimize accounting software solutions
- Provide financial reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Ohio tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
