Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial statements for multiple clients
- Process accounts payable/receivable with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare month-end and year-end closing reports
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks
- Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on complex financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (occasional client visits required)
