Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 99% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks accounting systems
- Provide financial reporting support to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven track record in financial statement preparation
- Strong knowledge of Tennessee tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
