Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for SMB clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Collaborate with auditors during tax season
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CPA certification preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CA tax regulations
