Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare month-end financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Support annual audits by providing organized financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dallas-based candidates with local industry knowledge preferred
