Responsibilities
- Manage monthly bookkeeping cycles including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks accounting systems
- Provide financial reporting and variance analysis for stakeholders
- Support budget preparation and expense tracking processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or active pursuit preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
