Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FL, GA, AL)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments through HRIS systems
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/year-end tax filings
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees
- Generate payroll reports for finance and executive teams
- Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with FLSA and HIPAA
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of payroll terminology and processes
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain FPC certification (provided by company)
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
- Pass background check and drug screening
