Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (CA, AZ, NV)
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations (W-2/1099)
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees and vendors
- Generate payroll reports for management and auditors
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and timekeeping
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records in compliance with GDPR
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in accounting preferred
- Basic knowledge of payroll principles and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and attention to detail
- Ability to learn complex systems quickly during paid training
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- U.S. work authorization and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug test required post-offer
