Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and wage garnishment orders
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Support HRIS implementation and system testing
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related projects
- Document payroll processes and maintain compliance records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn complex HRIS systems quickly
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain FPC certification during training
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data
