Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (IRS, Texas Workforce Commission)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments through HRIS platforms
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/year-end tax filings
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframe
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll process improvements
- Maintain confidential employee records per SOX compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new HRIS systems (training provided)
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. work authorization required
